MEMORY TEST – CONFIDENCE TEST

Identify the problem :

  • Lack of self-confidence or trust in one’s memory ?
  • Lack of confidence because with age one’s self-image changes for the worse ?

This misunderstanding is a major factor contributing to the memory problems we complain about. A quick check will be useful to review our personal feelings

The questionnaire below should be answered as honestly as possible.

The aim is to review our “beliefs” about our memory, i.e. the opinions we trail around and which gradually paralyse the free operation of our memory.

The test :
